This may result from uncleaned skin with dirt or sweat, failing to let alcohol dry fully after skin cleaning, or excessive force when removing the applicator.

- Clean and Disinfect: Wash the application area with soap and water or use an alcohol wipe. This removes oils that act as a barrier to adhesion. Wipe an area slightly larger than the sensor itself.
- Ensure Complete Dryness: This is a critical step. After cleaning, wait for 2-3 minutes to allow the skin to air-dry completely before applying the sensor. Do not fan or blow on the area, as this can introduce contaminants.
- Smooth the Skin: For users with wrinkled skin or looser skin texture, gently flatten the skin with one hand during the application to ensure a smooth, seamless fit with no gaps or folds under the adhesive patch.
- Gentle removal: Gently remove the applicator. If it feels stuck, try twisting it left or right.
