Assembly Failed

The small hole on the sensor appears sunken, and the triangular base is protruding. After pick-up, the applicator and component parts feel loose, indicating unsuccessful assembly.

② Possible Causes

Based on the photos you provided, this issue occurred because the applicator was not pressed all the way down during the assembly and pick-up process. This set of components can no longer be used. Please proceed with after-sales support based on the actual situation.

1. Please remind the customer to follow these steps during future assembly:
2. Assemble on a hard, flat surface – Press down vertically on a firm table to avoid incomplete pick-up.
3. Do not assemble while holding in hand – Avoid assembling on soft surfaces such as beds or sofas, as this may cause abnormalities.
4. Do not remove the safety lock prematurely – Only remove the safety lock after successful assembly and just before implantation.
