The data difference was consistently greater than 3 mmol/L (54 mg/dL) over 5 minutes.

② Possible Causes

• It could be a normal physiological fluctuation medically, as human glucose levels naturally vary.
• It is also possible that movement of the muscle tissue around the sensor has caused some changes in the implanted soft needle, leading to temporary fluctuations in the readings, which do not affect subsequent use.
• The sensor may be loose, failing to reflect glucose readings accurately.

 

③ Troubleshooting Steps

1. Kindly ask the user to provide a screenshot of the app's home screen so we can better understand the current situation.
2. Additionally, please request photos of the sensor application site to help us assess whether any application or placement issues may be present.
3. It is important to emphasize the value of fingerstick blood glucose comparisons. Please ask the user whether they have performed any fingerstick tests alongside the CGM readings. If available, request that they provide comparison data or screenshots. In particular, when any discrepancy or unusual trend is observed or suspected, performing a fingerstick test is essential for verification and monitoring.
4. If the user is unable to provide such comparison data at this time, kindly advise them to do so at a later stage to support further investigation.
