Response Content
When a "Device Error" message appears, it indicates that the sensor has detected a temporary abnormal condition.
In some cases, the sensor may recover after a stabilization period.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Do not remove the sensor immediately.
2. Keep the sensor in a stable environment and avoid:
- Extreme temperatures
- Strong pressure or impact on the sensor
- Excessive friction around the sensor area
3. Wait for approximately 3 hours and check the sensor status again.
After 3 hours:
- Open the SIBIONICS App.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Check whether the sensor has returned to normal operation.
If the sensor returns to normal, it can continue to be used.
