The Snooze feature helps avoid repeated alarms within a short period when glucose levels remain out of range. It gives users time to respond without being disturbed by continuous notifications.
When a glucose alarm is triggered, the app will display a prompt. If the snooze interval is set to 30 minutes and the user taps "Later" on this prompt, it means they have acknowledged the current alarm. The app will then pause the same type of alarm for the next 30 minutes, even if glucose values still meet the alarm threshold during that time.
Reminder: You need to open the app and tap Later. Otherwise, this function will not work.
This can be helpful during sleep, exercise, or treatment when users are already aware of their condition.
For users who prefer more frequent alarms, especially during rapidly changing glucose levels, we recommend setting a shorter snooze interval, such as 5 minutes.
If a user wishes to receive fewer reminders, they can extend the snooze interval to a longer duration.
How to adjust: Go to Profile > Alarm Settings.
- Turn on "Low Glucose Alarm" or "High Glucose Alarm".
- Tap "Snooze".
- Set your preferred interval — the minimum is 5 minutes/maximum is 3 hours 55 minutes — and then tap "Confirm".
Reminder: To ensure the setting is saved, please tap "Confirm" on each page until you return to the homepage.
