Unfortunately, we are unable to manually upload, modify, or delete users' glucose data in the cloud. This is due to international data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and other local data protection laws, which strictly protect patient health data. Direct access to or alteration of user data by the manufacturer is not permitted.

When a user requests data modification or deletion, please explain this restriction clearly and politely. If the user is concerned about specific data points, guide them to use the in-app tools available to them, such as the Event marking feature or data export function, to manage how they interpret and work with their data.
